This is a proposition of new strategic goals, to talk about during our meeting. These are not final projects, we will maybe modify or never start some projects, based on our discussions.

#1 - Better tools

Better UX for Web app

Development: Victor UX: Madhurima + Vincent

Our new UI is already way better, and users noticed and send great feedback 💯
But we still have a big problem: we have so many content and different sets that it is hard to explore and know what to use
With Madhurima, we started to work on the next iteration of design, for now we are thinking of a new sidebar system (like the ‘Canva’ app), but things can change. We will also improve some other problems that we noticed after the launch of new UI (needs refinement)

A new Mini-app

Development: Anderson UX: Madhurima + VIncent

Using our Mini-repo, we develop quickly a mini-app for Mac OS (if succesful, we will also develop for Windows
Advantage: always available with one click, don;t take much space on screen, always top of other apps
Easy to drop assets from this mini app in other apps (Powerpoint, Notion, etc.) – So it reduce the need of developing plugins
