What to discuss

When we deliver something, how do we know that we have reached an expected result?
- How to include validation to the process?
  - I’d like us to switch to hypothesis driven development. First we state all of our hypothesis, then we propose predictions (projects) which can help us to achieve our goals. Then we pick predictions and work on implementing them. Then we validate if a prediction helps us to succeed.
How can we implement offline feature for desktop app faster? Where can we cut corners? Is it really needed for users? What’s the most crucial in our end goal of becoming Iconjar-like, can we achieve it without offline feature?
- As there are several tools which work only online, maybe we don’t need offline feature much.
- We should have a call together with Anderson about it so that he has more ownership of this
When will be our next town-hall meeting? :)
Let’s introduce OKRs so that there is more accountability?
Can we have an update on our vision, our north star? What’s the grand goal of Streamline: can we have this written down somewhere??
